Isle Contemporary began as a pop up exhibition space in 2011 at the Isle Gallery in the Courtyard at Tynwald Mills. In 2012 Anna Clucas, Colette Gambell and Kate Jerry began a series of art workshops for children and adults along with a full exhibition schedule and the group formed the not for profit organisation, 'Artreach Studios' in 2015. Activities went from strength to strength and in 2017, the not for profit company 'Isle Contemporary' was established as a Gallery and Art Agency devoted to promoting a selection of the Island's most prestigious artists on and off the Isle of Man and promoting new emerging artists. In 2017, Isle Contemporary was the first organised body to take a selection of the Island's artists to a major trade fair style exhibition, 'The Affordable Art Fair' in Bristol, England.

 

The Gallery prides itself on being approachable, friendly and professional! All proceeds from funds raised through Isle Contemporary go towards supporting and promoting visual art and the Island's Artists.
